ClearCenter, the fastest growing CRM software company in the automotive industry, is currently looking for motivated and experienced Support Technicians to join our Team located in the Niceville, Florida area. Our Technology Office supports clients nationwide on a variety of software and hardware products. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in software utilization, working in a Support Technician position and has a passion for technical customer service.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Utilize a variety of research methods you should be experienced with ethnographic and observational methods as well as usability testing and other approaches (benchmarking, competitive analyses, diary studies, remote testing, etc.)

Required

  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and phone skills
  • Able to negotiate alternatives, know when to escalate a problem, or when to ask for assistance
