You will be responsible for handling member and influencer requests for ClearCellular. It is the job of the Influencer & Member ClearCARE Support Specialists to answer member chats, texts, emails, phone calls, and in person questions in a prompt and professional manner. The Influencer & Member ClearCARE Support Specialist establishes and maintains a professional relationship with members of ClearCellular. 

Primary focus of the Influencer & Member ClearCARE Support Specialist is to support ClearOS Mobile, ClearPHONES, and ClearOS Mobile Apps. Resolving member and influencer issues in a timely manner is key to success in this position.  Communication, proper setting of expectations, and follow through on commitments are important in this role. Staying current with new technology, especially as focused on ClearCellular products is important.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, efficient, and professional support to members and influencers by responding to chats, texts, emails, phone calls, or in person in a prompt and professional manner
  • Guide members and influencers through the installation and updating of software and hardware
  • Help successfully migrate new members and influencers to the ClearPHONE
  • Help members and influencers identify and resolve problems with products by chat, phone, emails, or in person
  • Handle member and influencer requests, resolving issues in a calm, professional and respectful manner
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate staff members or departments
  • Build and contribute to the FAQ chatbot and continually assist with integration into the AI bot
  • Assist with website correction and clarification of online content
  • Assist with the integration and migration to the Clear community from other social platforms
  • Ensure that member and influencer circles are configured and set up correctly
  • Also assist in responding to and oversee the ClearCellular Facebook, Intercom, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Chatbot channels
